Governance & Collaboration
The Federation structures every collaboration through competition project roles, a single official contact point, resource management, event-cycle terms and recognition of achievement.
The Federation establishes project roles according to the preparation and delivery needs of each competition, and appointees participate according to the allocation for that event cycle.
Competition enquiries, co-sponsorship, joint hosting, sponsor recruitment, contracting and payment matters are confirmed through the Federation’s official channels.
People, judges, competitors, sponsors, schools, media and supplier resources are registered and used only for approved projects.
Competition project roles take effect for the relevant event cycle and expire automatically when that competition ends. Achievement for the event cycle is recognised electronically on the basis of project records.
