The First 90 Days

Within 90 days, establish the first practical business asset

    Confirm Identity and Direction

    Complete information confirmation, an identity number, a profile page and one assessment of development direction.

  2. Days 31–60

    Complete the Project Structure

    Define target clients, product structure, revenue model, allocation of responsibilities and an implementation checklist.

  3. Days 61–90

    Prepare a Marketable Proposal

    Deliver a project introduction, pricing logic, collaboration material, budget and launch steps.

  4. Long-term Development

    Enter Continuing Development

    The individual’s own team begins delivery, coordinating with the Federation, the systems company and partners on new development projects.
